This woman applied for coverage to meet the deadline and couldn’t stop the exchangeimage from taking out payments and this is just one more in the world of the complex algorithms we live in today with more and more code attached to transactions and other function we do on the web.  She went to her doctor even with the additional payments take out of her checking account and found out she was not insured on top of it all. Nobody from the exchange was available to comment.

You never know when one of those screeching algorithms is going to affect you sometimes and from where.  She was I believe trying to use the automated payment set up and gave her bank account number as the site offered and this is what happened.

She has now been told effective February 1st she will have insurance, well that is in my opinion if all the algorithms come out to play together and don’t get confused or miss a few parameters in the transactions.  It getting odder all the time in the news though on such issues when they promise fixes and have probably never seen a server in their life.  Perfect example here of what’s happening all over with health insurance, it’s the constant rise and fall of the machines.  BD
